Menusify is an AI-powered tool designed to help users create party menus. Users can input various criteria such as the number of guests, dietary needs (allergies, cultural restrictions), party type, and budget. Based on this input, Menusify generates menu suggestions, recipes, and shopping lists.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service.
To access certain features of the Service (once launched), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
For the waitlist, you provide your email address. This is used solely for communicating updates about Menusify's launch and related information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Menusify and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, the software, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and user interface.
You may use the menus, recipes, and shopping lists generated by the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the content generated for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
If you provide any information or data to the Service (e.g., dietary preferences, number of guests), you retain all rights to your content. However, you grant Menusify a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MENUSIFY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY MENUS, RECIPES, NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION, ALLERGY INFORMATION, OR OTHER CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.
MENUSIFY'S AI GENERATES SUGGESTIONS BASED ON THE DATA PROVIDED. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL DIETARY OR ALLERGY ADVICE. ALWAYS DOUBLE-CHECK INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION METHODS, ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH SEVERE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY CONDITIONS. MENUSIFY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS OR ISSUES ARISING FROM THE USE OF MENUS OR RECIPES PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MENUSIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the services provided by Menusify shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware in each case located in the City of Wilmington and County of New Castle, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Service in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
